TP Management Oy is a 2016 established facility management company which operates in B2B environment in Finland. Our operation is always based on customer needs and all our projects will be customized to match our client’s variable demands.

Touko is a service oriented professional Facility Manager. He lives in Helsinki with his wife and is at his best when he’s creating something new. He has a special ability to listen and understand clients. Touko believes that success is based on open relationship and co-operation with clients.

Touko has worked in facility management sector from 2012 first as an employee and from 2016 as an entrepreneur. Touko has worked as a Property Manager and he has done property/ facility management for some of Finland’s biggest companies.

Touko has a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management (main subject facility management) from JAMK University of Applied Sciences and ITS ®-TEK Technical Property Manager’s Degree from KIINKO.

Case Study

FINNAIR

TP Management Oy provided facility and user service management for Finnair Oyj between May 2016 to June 2017. TP Management supported Finnair’s Facility Management team in their huge re-organization projects concerning Finnair’s facilities. TP Management coordinated for example internal moves and space modification projects.

TP Management was organizing airplane hangar’s “Hangar 6” emptying and staff and material re-location project before Hangar 6 was taken down in summer 2016. TP Management also took part in Finnair Operation Center’s renovation project (2016-2017) by coordinating user services such as staff and material re-location during the renovation.

TP Management’s expert and reliable service is the thing that Finnair requires from its facility management service provider. Good partnership demands professionality and ability to recognize the client’s needs.
